A historic commercial building turned three-car garage in downtown Portsmouth, NH was suffering from the lack of a solid foundation. The building was beyond repair and required replacement. The goal was to build on the precise footprint of the existing garage, mimic the historic details and spirit of the neighborhood, while modernizing the functionality and performance.
